Autism Class March Update

27th Mar 2026
Our autism class has been full of creativity, fun, and wonderful moments over the past few weeks. The children have been busy exploring their artistic side with beautiful St. Patrick’s Day artwork and the cutest Easter chicks, showing off their imagination and talent.

We have a spelling genius in Louis, who continues to impress us all with his fantastic word skills. Brandon has been having great fun during water play, fully embracing the joy of sensory learning, while our “lady of leisure,” Layla, has been enjoying some lovely time outdoors.

Rian and Ella have been getting well and truly stuck into messy play – quite literally! – and it’s been fantastic to see their enthusiasm and engagement. We are also really looking forward to seeing pictures of the colourful windsocks they are currently working on.

A special mention too for Charlie, who loves to knuckle down to learning and has been sharing his Irish words “ bricfeasta” with us ; we are all enjoying watching him thrive !

It has also been wonderful to see the ongoing integration with our Junior Infants, who thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the Easter holidays with some play and dance in the autism class, bringing great energy and smiles all around.

Well done to all the children – we are so proud of each and every one of them.
