It's hard to believe another month has passed and we are now entering May. April has been busy for First and Second Class. First Class have been learning how to work out change in Money and how to tell the half hour in Time amongst many other topics in maths Second Class have been learning to tell the difference between flip, slide and rotate in Transformation and 1/4 past/to the hour in Time in Maths.
First class are beginning to learn how to write their letters in cursive while Second Class are now writing in joined writing all the time which takes a lot of practice and patience.
The class performed the song Belong Together for April's assembly and yet again, they did themselves proud on stage.
Second class received the Sacrament of Reconciliation on the 22nd of April in Allenwood Church. It was a very special occasion and a big thank you to Father Willie and all who contributed to the service. We now look forward to the First Holy Communion on the 23rd of May.
