First and Second Class have been working hard this past month. They were learning how to stay safe online on Safer Internet Day and received another visit from Garda Orla. This time she spoke to the class about the importance of not sharing personal information online and encouraged them to speak to a trusted adult if they come across something inappropriate online. She very kindly then allowed all the children the opportunity to sit in the Garda car and try out the lights and siren which went down a treat! The class also started classes with Billy from Robertstown GAA where they are practising their ball handling skills. Hopefully we have some budding football stars in our midst!
