4th Class have been very busy this month! In Maths, they used trundle wheels to measure different parts of the school yard. We worked together to estimate and then measure distances accurately, which was great fun and helped us practise our measuring skills in a practical way.
In Art, we created beautiful butterfly pictures using pastels. We explored blending colours to make our butterflies bright and colourful. Our classroom display is now full of wonderful spring artwork.
In English, we have been learning all about adjectives. We practised using describing words to make our writing more interesting and detailed. We enjoyed coming up with creative adjectives to describe people, places and objects.
